I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years, and enjoy working with many kinds of people. Coming from a systemic approach (family therapy), I try to utilize and understand a person's upbringing and support system. I have experience working with people suffering from trauma, substance abuse, and severe mental illness.

I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with a specialty in Art Therapy. I try to utilize various forms of processing, some non-verbal, to help clients understand their problems and work through issues that are causing distress or impairments in their life. I enjoy working with families, couples, children and individuals.

Besides utilizing the systemic approach and non-verbal therapy, I am also EMDR trained, and can use this modality to help clients work through traumatic events that have occurred in their life.
