Difficulty organizing yourself or losing Focus? Past Trauma? The fact that you are reading this means that you are taking a major step to get yourself help and I admire that. I have over 12 years of experience as a therapist, and my goal is to meet you where you are in the present moment and provide you with a safe, accepting, and supportive environment to develop skills that will promote healing and growth. Together we will work on identifying your needs and using your strengths to develop a healthy balance and happiness in life. I have extensive experience working with teens, adults and elderly. I provide individual, couple, and family therapy. I work well with mental health disorders such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders. I also work well with women's issues, parenting difficulties, school issues, work problems, relationship issues, substance abuse/recovery, Family function, and Trauma. I am also bilingual and am fluent in English and Spanish.
