Hello and thank you for taking the initial step in connecting with me. I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California with over 25 years of experience supporting and coaching individuals through various challenges in their lives. I have worked with clients seeking support for depression, anxiety, relationship and communication challenges, career struggles and parenting problems.
My approach to therapy is supportive, nonjudgmental, client driven and solution focused. I understand asking for help can be difficult for some and I am committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for a successful therapeutic experience.
