I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist providing services to clients within the State of California. I have over 19 years of experience providing services to adults, children, couples, families, and groups in a variety of settings. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients while using a combination of client-centered, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral modalities. My approach My approach to therapy can be flexible based on the client's needs. The most common approaches used will include but not be limited to client-centered, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My focus I have worked with clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, grief or loss issues, sexual assault victims, domestic violence, and separation issues. My communication style My goal is to create a compassionate and understanding environment for my clients. My journey to therapy I was first attracted to this career as a young teenager seeking to help and assist my peers as well as at-risk youth in my community growing up.
