Hello, my name is Michelle Knight and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in the state of Texas. I have over four years experience that may be helpful to you and some of your current concerns. Have you found yourself with an intense feeling of being overwhelmed with the issues of life, struggling to find balance, struggling to find inner peace, difficulty in making and maintaining connections with other people, challenged with unresolved trauma, struggling to maintain sobriety, or dealing with an immense negative outlook on life?

I have a special interest in the areas of trauma and I have over four years of experience working with victims of sexual assault. I have over seventeen years working with the military community. I also have extensive training and experience working with victims of domestic violence, human sex trafficking, addiction, and displacement.
I am a dedicated counselor with a desire to offer you a warm, supportive, and safe environment to process your concerns. I offer non-judgmental support from an eclectic treatment approach. This means that there are multiple approaches to treatment to choose from that focus on your mind, body, and spirit; leading to the wholeness and peace that you desire. Counseling is not a one-size fits all approach, that is why I meet you where you are and assist your needs as the unique individual(s) you are.
