I'm glad you found Find A Therapist. It can be hard making a change and asking for help is a huge step to feeling better. I'd like to share a little bit about me and give you some idea of how I've helped others. If you feel this would be a good fit for you, please reach out and schedule with me.

I'm licensed in Washington State and the Commonwealth of Virginia. I finished my counseling program in Washington State and have moved around a bit since then. I've worked with young children and their parents who are starting out in Kindergarten. I also worked with parents who are at the end of life and their children who are caregivers. As a medical social worker, I've helped caregivers connect with doctors, physical therapists, massage therapists, and others who can help them feel more comfortable caring for someone who is sick. I've helped military members and their families transition into civilian life.

I'm a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, who as worked with people who experienced difficult situations. I like to move people beyond seeing their label to feeling in control of their lives and bodies. I believe everyone experiences trauma and grief differently, so I'm respectful of your process and will ask for your input before developing a roadmap to helping you.
