Dr. Brownfield is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Alumni of The Florida School of Professional Psychology. She is a natural empath who is solution focused and dedicated to working with her clients to guide them into their authentic and genuine selves. Her experience ranges from psychological assessment, with testing and interpretation, to deep therapeutic work. She is a human who will get into the trenches and uncover the origins and roots of presenting problems to heal, rather than cover, the wounds of the past. Her assessment and therapeutic experience ranges from early childhood trauma, addictions, grief/loss, time management, mood dysregulation, depression, anxiety, adult trauma, sexual abuse, and personality disorders. She understands treatment is not a one-size-fits-all Band-Aid; but rather, and incredible personal and individual process that one must work through, not "get over." Have a seat, spill some guts, and finally set down your troubles. Rest assured, knowing her space (whether through phone, video, or office) is a safe space, that will hold your fears, secrets, and worries for you.
