I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering virtual talk therapy services to residents of New York State. Having an objective person to talk to about life can help promote and maintain mental wellness and provide a sense of inner peace and balance. Therapy is not just for people with significant problems. It is also for people who want a safe space to share their thoughts and experiences and perhaps learn new ways of viewing and dealing with challenges that arise in our day-to-day lives. I have over 10+ years of experience treating individuals from young adult to elder-adult life stages and from various backgrounds and cultures. I aim for clients to feel empowered, hopeful, and not-judged. I believe in open and honest communication, and I tend to have an adaptive approach to the therapeutic process. As client needs evolve, I will likely incorporate different therapeutic techniques and treatment combinations, including meditation, grounding exercises, and homework assignments.
