Beginning therapy can be intimidating. I strive to make this process as comfortable as possible. I believe that everyone can benefit from counseling, so that desired changes can be achieved. I am ready to help you start this process.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has 5 years of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and mental health concerns. I emphasize harm reduction and client focused treatment. Everybody’s needs and experiences are different, so individualized therapy is important.

I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have worked with individuals who are currently experiencing or have experienced various types of trauma (LGBTQ+, racial, TBI, domestic violence, etc), substance use and abuse disorders, mental health diagnoses (including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Attachment disorders), and relationship issues. I value clear and transparent communication to help build trust and rapport.

Counseling can be uncomfortable and challenging. Through this process, goals are set and positive changes can be successfully achieved. I see people making invaluable progress in their lives on a regular basis, and I believe that we are all capable of working through the difficulties that life brings us.
