I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years, and working as a counselor in a clinical setting for 5 years. I believe in treating mental health holistically. I specialize in trauma and am a certified clinical trauma specialist (CCPT). I also have experience in treating depression, anxiety, substance use, domestic violence, mood disorders, and coping skills.
