I am here to help ease your anxious mind! Anxiety can be brought up by many many things -- a newly broken relationship, a change in family structure, starting a new job, ending an old job -- anything! Being able to talk about what's bothering you and work through obstacles with someone who holds no judgments is freeing. And, that's what we'll do here.
