I am an independently licensed professional clinical counselor with over 20 years experience. I have worked with people through a wide range concerns including depression, stress/anxiety, life changes, relationship issues, parenting issues, and career challenges.

My therapy style is warm, interactive, and calm. I believe in compassion, grace, respect, and open communication. My approaches include cognitive behavioral, motivational, solution-focused, and client-centered therapies. Approaches and plans are developed in conjunction to your style and specific needs.
