I am a holistically trained psychotherapist which means I work with you as a WHOLE person; using your own resilience and life experience along with learning new skills to help you create the life you want. Using a combination of practices we will incorporate research-based methods along with identifying and strengthening your own intuitiveness. You don't have to do this alone anymore.
