Welcome! The decision to seek out support is always a tough one, so I'm glad you found yourself here. My hope is to provide you with a safe space to share, process, and grow. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with 11 years of experience. I graduated from the University of North Florida and have worked in outpatient /inpatient clinics, hospitals, correctional setting, as well as telehealth settings. I've worked with people struggling with addiction, severe trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, as well as communication and relationship issues- just to name a few. My therapeutic style involves creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to draw on your strengths and help guide you towards your goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered Therapy. The treatment plan and type of therapy is completely individualized based on your needs. Schedule: I generally to log in and respond to messages throughout the day, Monday through Friday (9am-5pm EST).
