I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma with 12 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and 22 years as a success coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including veterans issues, morale injury, PTSD, military reintegration, suicidal ideation management and recovery, empowerment issues, domestic abuse survivor recovery, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, teen/teen identity issues, LGBTQ associated issues, career challenges and OCD.

My therapy style is person centered, warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My goal is to help you come up with a plan to get to the BEST VERSION of YOU ---- YOU CAN BE! My approach combines person-centered, trauma sensitive therapy incorporating CBT, humanistic, and reality based activity assisted modalities. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I also am a brain science NUT and like to provide psycho-education and total wellness planning.
