I am very passionate about my work and helping the client achieve their desired goals. I believe the relationship I build with the client is of the utmost importance. I'm very approachable le, empath, etc, and believe in the power of humor. I completed my Master's Degree in Human Services Administration and Counseling at DePaul University. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and Certified Dual Diagnosis Counselor. Michele has 25 years of clinical experience across various community mental health and drug treatment agencies. My clients have included children, adolescents, families, and adults. I have provided clinical and administrative supervision to counseling students, interns, and professionals. I believe in working in partnership with clients to utilize their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. I also realize how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being, including their physical health, support systems (family, friends, etc.), work or school environment, and faith/spirituality in this process.
