About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with marginalized populations of all ages. I completed my Master's degree and Bachelors at University of Nevada Las Vegas and my clinical hours in various agencies in Clark County, Nevada. In the field of Social Work, my experience has been working with a diverse population as colorful as the Las Vegas Strip ranging from victims of sex trafficking, people affected by homelessness, those with mental health issues and parents with students in a middle school setting. I enjoy working with adolescents and parents, where I take a systems approach to family dynamics. When working with adults, I enjoy helping people understand mental health issues to help lower the stigma in mental health, which can lead to providing natural methods of coping and support. I believe that using an eclectic, client-centered approach in therapy coordinated with non-judgemental support. I hope my clients have an opportunity to work through their current situation and learn more effective coping skills.
