I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over five years. I was first licensed in the state of Illinois and have since moved to Texas. I am also a School Counselor with over 8 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, stress/anxiety, LGBT-related issues, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, grief/loss, motivation, and attention deficit disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), both inattentive and hyperactive. I have also helped with anger management and family conflicts.

My counseling style is relational and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion, and I do not believe in pre-judgments or one size fits all counseling. My approach is eclectic and combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered and solution focused therapies. I will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
