Hi, my name is Michele. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2005 and have been in the field for more than 25 years. I connect with clients by listening with an empathic ear and a nonjudgmental approach. Psychotherapy is a journey that ultimately leads you to become reacquainted with yourself. We will work together to process your story and your emotions while ensuring you feel supported and understood. Together we will examine ways to move freely through life with thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns which will best serve you, and address how to adjust behaviors that don’t.
