I am passionate about working with female teens, adults and families. I received my MSW from Barry University's clinical trauma informed social work program. I've been mentoring teens before I pursued my MSW with Oorah's programs for 5 years. I specialize in suicidality, self injury, trauma treatment and family conflict. I am trained in EMDR and the Polyvagal Theory and utilize IFS and DBT as well. What is your approach to therapy? I welcome my clients into a safe, supportive and empathic space in which we journey together. I offer a listening ear and a loving heart. In collaboration, we work together to find the techniques in my toolbox that work best to empower you. I find it important to provide my clients with the choice to include anyone who is part of my client's life in the process as it is key to our success. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I believe that people want to do good and have the potential within to become their best self.
