I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been counseling clients for three years. My therapeutic focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered approaches. I have experience working with the addiction population, family dynamics, individual therapy, and group therapy. My goal is to use a strength-based approach that allows the client to feel empowered to make the changes they deem necessary for growth. I believe in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship to work as a team in accomplishing the goals the client has in mind.
