Hello and Welcome! My name is Michaela Buckhannon, I have lived in several different States and Countries. I am a wife, mother, and therapist. I believe that people are not solely defined by their experiences or identities, but that we are resilient and have the power to adapt and grow. I have been thankful to work with clients in community settings, non-profits, county government, hospitals and through school systems. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and families and the unique challenges they face.

As a caring professional, I provide a safe and confidential environment. I am a voice of compassion and a facilitator of opportunities for growth in the process towards change. I am licensed in Michigan and in South Carolina with experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, family conflicts, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out support and to take the first steps towards change. It is a privilege to walk alongside people, and I hope that I may have that opportunity to aid in your personal journey
