As a provider with over 20 years experience in Mental Health I am looking forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals, improve your quality of life, work through life's difficulties, develop positive coping skills that work, and help you manage and cope with issues such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Additionally I understand life can get hectic with work, children, school, etc. so I offer times for appointments that are outside the normal clinic and practice hours which includes evenings and weekends.
