I am a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment for both short-term and long-term work from an overall humanistic perspective – believing in our innate propensity for growth, with an appreciation for the significance and impact of environmental and personal experiences. I am client-centered, incorporating relevant techniques from solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches as beneficial for families, adolescents, and adults in treating anxiety and depression, sexuality and gender identity concerns, addictions and compulsions, parenting and workplace issues, relationship conflict, life transitions, grief, trauma, and existential crisis.
