With over two decades in the field, I have helped adolescents, adults and the older adult population process their thoughts and emotions related to anxiety, depression, school/work, family, and relational discord. I believe we all the have strength to address the struggles we may be going through and that knowledge without action is just information. My therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral and solution focused treatment. It’s the small meaningful steps that can change the trajectory of our lives and it’s what we do with what we learn that allows us to move from revelation to realization.
