I have been practicing for over 6 years and am currently licensed in the State of New York and West Virginia. I have experience working with a wide array of individuals. If you are experiencing, anxiety, depression, difficulty adjusting to life changes, or caring for an ill loved one, therapy is about you, your experiences, the way you see the world and the way you manage the stressors that enter your life. You know you better than anyone else, and you have the ability to make those changes in order to live your best life. There are a variety of therapeutic modalities that we can review in therapy. How to change thought process in order to look at events in a more favorable way such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy or using the way you talk to yourself to manage your emotional state, both great tools in everyday life.
