Dr. Shayne Webber decided he wanted to become a therapist or counselor at the age of 16. He has a Masters degree in Human Development & Family Studies and a Ph.D. in Marriage & Family Therapy. Shayne specializes in adolescents, families and couples. Shayne has been Director of Counseling and Therapeutic Programming at a juvenile justice center, Assistant Director of a youth program and founder of My Intentional Success a youth peak performance program. He loves to learn, contribute and have fun. Dr. Webber and Jere' Webber (Shayne's wife) are founders of Next Level Couples . This program focuses on strengthening marriages and committed relationships through teaching specific areas of self and couple growth.
