Michael is a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated form the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with an M.A. in Art Therapy & Counseling. He has five years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in both clinical and outpatient settings. Michael incorporates a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to help clients navigate their unique experiences through the use of traditional verbal therapy as well as art therapy and theraplay. His clinical focus is clients who are dealing with social, emotional, and behavioral issues, including interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress. Additionally, Michael is a Navy veteran who is interested in working with other veterans and military families.
