I have practiced mental health therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for the past six years. Before my licensure, I served clients who had Psychosis, PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Major Mood Disorders, and Addictive Behaviors. Over 15 years, my experience has grown to improve the lives of clients by providing compassionate client-centered counseling with a strength-based perspective. I try to foster a peaceful setting for people to share their burdens and bring relief, joy, and meaning into their often-tumultuous lives in all my sessions. The treatment modalities I emphasize providing are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. When working with individuals in therapy, it is my pursuit to form deep connections through a genuine display of truth, insight, positivity, and safety. My goal is to help clients achieve their desires through a shared and comfortable therapeutic setting.
