Mike is a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree from Lewis University near Chicago. He is a seasoned clinician with over 15 years of experience helping people reach their highest potential. He works with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief/loss, loneliness, disconnection, negative emotions & behavior patterns, work related stress, and dysfunctional relationship patterns. Mike’s mission is to help you heal and transform your life, create a sense of balance and wholeness, and realize your full potential. His approach is holistic, integrative, and addresses the whole person. He incorporates a variety of modalities and tenets, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Addiction Recovery (abstinence and harm-reduction), mindfulness, professional and Life Coaching.
