CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. Life can be incredibly overwhelming at times and there are moments when we can all feel alone, directionless or hopeless. We can go thru experiences that are incomprehensible and devastating, while at other times we may feel stuck and stagnant, bogged down by some unknown force, just simply not knowing what to do. Whether you are new to therapy or returning due to life's ever-changing circumstances, you do not need to go thru your experience alone.

I have a great deal of experience and skill holding space for others who are struggling to find their flow in life. Clients describe me as genuine, sincere, compassionate, patient, honest, straight-forward and humorous. I am very present and do not withhold. I offer my own opinions, thoughts and perspectives while trusting and respecting your own.
