For many years I have been working with individuals from many walks of life, and the one thing I have learned, we are all unique and beautiful individuals. I think about that daily as I work to help those obtain and maintain their goals. From listening, to taking the journey with you, I am here to be a support, a coach, and that person in your corner. I have utilized many skills working in a verity of settings from guided meditation, which can be a lot of fun! to just process listening, meaning, I am that listen ear for you. I come from lived experience and realize that every journey is different and unique, so I will always plan to not have a plan, meaning, we will work together to develop a plan for you, that you want, and that you feel you can be successful with. I am skilled at working with individuals with complex medical, emotional, and situational concerns. Some fun facts about me is that I was born and raised in New England, I have lived all over the country, I have a dog who runs the show, and I'm an advocate for bully breeds! I look forward to getting to know you and helping build a roadmap to help you be the best you!
