Therapy begins as a relationship in which together, we come to understand, trust, and work together to explore your current situation and identify the areas of difficulty you are experiencing. Working collaboratively, we can develop meaningful goals and work toward the realization of those goals. I am licensed in Louisiana with 10 years of professional work experience. My area of expertise is working with persons struggling with an addictive disorder and I also have vast experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, anger management, motivation, self- esteem, and confidence. My therapeutic approach stems from training in Person Centered Therapy and utilize techniques from both Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Enhancement. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
