About
I began my career in an alcohol and drug treatment center in 1996. Since then I have worked with individuals with addiction, mental health, and co-occurring diagnoses in almost every level of care available, including acute hospitalization, detoxification/withdrawal management, short-term residential treatment, day treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and outpatient services. I lean heavily toward Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but am well rounded. I work with my clients within their personal belief systems without imposing mine on them.
As a person, I am patient, compassionate, and positive. I believe in the ability to change, over come adversity, and and reach new personal heights.
