I offer Telehealth Psychotherapy as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and substance abuse counseling as a Certified Addictions Professional with over thirty years experience working with adolescents and adults. I developed my theoretical background by earning my Master of Art in Counseling Psychology and leadership skills as a Veteran of the Army National Guard. My Wellness approach is helpful to clients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, substance abuse/addiction and relationship issues.
