I have been offering individual, marriage, group and family therapy for the last 24 years. My therapeutic approach recognizes the quality of the therapeutic relationship as an essential element in the therapy process. I look to collaborate with clients to identify core challenges in their life and assist them in developing treatment goals and objectives, which ultimately empower them to take charge of the design and direction of their life.

My therapeutic approach utilizes dialectics, behavioral and cognitive interventions to collaboratively identify problems, behaviors and cognitions that are hindering life and either acquiring or strengthen existing skills to implement effective solutions strategies. I also utilize guided imagery.

I truly believe that positive change can happen at any time in life - as long as one is honest with themselves and committed to putting the work in.
