Hey there, my name's Michael, and I help people heal from their past, break out of patterns that keep them stuck, and climb toward the life they hope for. If you are reading this, I imagine those things have been a struggle for you, and I would be honored to help you on your journey. Maybe you are looking to heal from a home that was unloving, or unsupportive. Maybe you feel haunted by pain from your past, or by worries about your future. Maybe what you hope for always gets pushed aside for what other people want. Maybe you went looking for love and found hurt and abuse. Or maybe you found the love you hoped for and pushed it away, afraid of getting hurt. I've been practicing therapy for half a decade now and I love what I do! It's an incredible experience to connect to people, many who have never safely been able to share about themselves, and help them feel heard, validated, and supported. As therapy continues I get to watch my clients release thoughts, feelings, and habits that they have carried and feel lighter and more in control.
