Michael is a military retiree who continues to serve as a therapist with a trauma-informed approach. His therapeutic style is grounded in a non-judgmental, person-centered approach. He engages people with the utmost respect for their autonomy to assist them in meeting their goals and is an advocate for those who have been oppressed. Michael works with individuals and groups. He specializes in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and LGBTQIA issues and working with military personnel and first responders.
Michael is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Florida Master's level Certified Addiction Professional, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. He uses talk therapy to process experiences, beliefs, trauma history and distortions that are often behind people’s problems. Michael believes in finding your strengths and empowering his clients to overcome adversity and problems in today’s world.
