I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both California and Arizona and have been licensed since 1999. I work with individuals specializing in the treatment of Mood Disorders, Trauma, Addiction, Relationships, gender Issues, and Grief and Loss. I have extensive training and experience working with the LBGTQIA community as well as diverse populations. I incorporate alternative modalities of healing such as Yoga, Meditation, Music Therapy, and Hypnosis, with traditional therapy including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, as well as Psychodynamic Therapy into my unique eclectic individualized approach to healing and emotional well-being.
