I am a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a decade of professional experience providing psychotherapy to people across the lifespan. My areas of specialization include complex trauma, dissociation, addictions, expressive arts, and mindfulness-based treatments. Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy form the core of my clinical practice. We will work collaboratively to meet and address concerns affecting your daily life. The goal of our therapeutic relationship is to help you live more fully in the present moment.
