I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been doing psychotherapy since 1999. I have worked with both individuals and couples, from a NICU setting to hospice:across the life span.
My style is warm and interactive, using a variety of methods, whatever it takes to help you achieve your goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is probably the best description of my theoretical orientation. Starting therapy is not an easy task, and my goal is to help you weather the storm, and get you to where you want to be.
