I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts. I graduated from Framingham State University in 2015, with a MA in Counseling Psychology. I have 5 years of experience facilitating individual and group therapy, specializing in addiction treatment. In addition to working with substance abuse clients, I have frequently worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and many other issues.

I am client-centered in my approach. I believe that it is important to thoroughly work through core issues with my clients, rather than simply working on symptom management. Symptom management is important, as well. However, it is important for clients to deal with their deeper issues, so that those problems do not return over time. This may mean that treatment could take some time, but hopefully the positive changes that my clients make in treatment will last long after treatment ends.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or some other issue, we can work together to cope with those issues more effectively.
