I specialize in helping people (especially LGBTQ+ and minoritized communities) understand how therapeutic skills (acceptance and commitment, interpersonal skills, trauma work, emotion regulation) can be applied to overcome and liberate. By enhancing your strengths, reworking and relearning coping mechanisms, reframing beliefs about the world and yourself, and enacting mindful behaviors with intention, you can find a way through.
