Hello! Congratulations on taking the first step to a healthier and happier life. My approach as a therapist is holistic, focusing on mind, body, emotions, and connection. I focus on a person-centered and strengths-based approach, while being realistic about the problems that each person is trying to overcome. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Autism, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Habit reversal. My main modalities of practice are CBT, ACT and mindfulness. I use elements of other theraputic approaches to best fit the needs of each individual that I meet.
