About

I am an independently licensed social worker and have provided therapy services and family interventions for more than 5 years. I have experience with adults who have been diagnosed with chronic medical health concerns as well as mental health concerns. Those include chronic kidney disease, depression, anxiety, substance abuse/addiction, and PTSD.

Along with being a social worker, I also am an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church, a certified Reiki Master Teacher, and holistic health and wellness practitioner. My focus in sessions is to listen, hear, provide feedback, and help my clients build road maps for success to their individual goals. No person is identical and obstacles are identical; therefore, I truly believe in tailoring my clients' services to their individual needs.

Past clients have remarked to me and others I have worked alongside about how I genuinely expressed my compassion for their overall welfare. I focus on the entire person from a holistic perspective, which means I do not just focus on the mental or emotional aspect of a person's dilemma, but also include their social, cultural, religious/spiritual, and intrapersonal relationship to bring clients back to a state of balance.
