I am a positive, nurturing and supportive therapist who believes that seeking to make change is one of the greatest demonstrations of courage and strength an individual can make. The process of truly exploring yourself, your relationships and circumstances in your life can be extremely difficult and intimidating, and I offer a safe and comfortable environment that will allow you to begin that journey.
My focus begins with helping you identify the strengths and positive attributes you already possess and which will carry you along throughout the process. Then, together, we will work towards not only identifying the changes you would like to make, but the skills needed in order to be able to do so. Much of our work will be to develop an increased sense of self-awareness and an increased ability to live less impulsively and with more intention and ease.
