I am an independent licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist licensed to practice in Washington State. I work with folks that are 13 years old and up. I help tweens, teens, and adults process complex emotions and other challenging life experiences so they can discover their authentic voice. I employ creative self-expression to empower and explore identities, relationships, and goals in an affirming and intentional environment.

I believe therapy should be approached through the belief that each one of us has the inalienable right of self-determination. Additionally, I approach counseling with reverence. Through discussion of needs and goals, we will embark on a treatment plan that is a collaboration of my skills and knowledge and your comfort zone.

It is my mission to provide inclusive therapy to folks through a lens that is anti-white supremacy, trauma-informed, queer-affirming, non-pathologizing, and strengths-based.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, grief, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ADHD. I bring a feminist-infused perspective to my practice of psychotherapy which centers on non-judgmental listening, collaborative discourse, and behaviorally specific interventions. Over the years, I’ve developed a practical and conversational counseling style that is results-oriented and uses an integrative approach.
