I like being able to provide education, support, validation to others without the stigma of mental health and empowering them to live the best quality of life What is your approach to therapy? I am a big believer of meeting the client where they are at, helping them see themselves, their life situations, situations without shame and self confidence and feeling validated as they move towards healing and growth What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
