Hi! I'm Meryl. Do you feel as though no one quite understands or listens to you? Do you want to learn ways to communicate your needs and cope with the challenges in your life? I devote my practice to helping adults such as yourself overcome mental health issues and personal conflicts so you can thrive in life and get back to what matters most. Whether you have been impacted by trauma, grief, relationships, or health issues, I am here to help you achieve your goals. I provide a therapeutic approach that is patient and engaging. I bring compassion to our sessions while helping you find solutions to the challenges in your life. I am direct and sincere as I allow you to gain what you need from therapy including insight, coping skills, and resolutions. I believe that therapy is work and I am willing to put the work in with you. I do much more than listen and talk. I provide lasting coping skills and insight that you will be able to use not just with your struggles now, but with future issues that may come about in your life.
