About

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW obtained 2014) practicing in Boise, Idaho in hospice since 2010. I have enjoyed supporting people with terminal illness and their families. This work has involved serving people who are coping with the anticipatory grief, and secondary losses including job loss, self-esteem, independence, life meaning and purpose and regret to name a few.

My approach is present-focused and compassionate. I believe the present moment has much to offer in terms of developing healthy coping strategies to deal with life's challenges and stresses. I use a combination of mindful and cognitive-behavioral approaches in my work with clients.
